Employee resource group for people impacted by disability and their allies.
Challenge: Create a safe and empathetic space where people with disabilities and their allies can openly discuss issues facing them
Approach: I worked collaboratively with internal diversity, equity and inclusion consultants and co-created a disability-led employee resource group for team members with disabilities and their allies.

Inclusion By Design
Challenge: Embed Accessibility into Design
Approach: First, I defined what the difference was between Inclusive Design and Accessible Design. Then I worked with the practice leads for Design Research, Design Strategy, Content Design, Visual Design and Interaction Design to better understand the roles and responsibilities of their practices.
From there, I co-created the Accessibility & Inclusive Design Guild and worked with the design systems team to develop accessible components at scale, along with comprehensive toolkits and resources for design and development teams across the enterprise.
Bell Accessibility Services Centre Rebrand
Challenge: Re-brand the "Special Needs Centre", which is a dedicated call centre in Montreal.
Approach: First, we reached out to the disability community and, analyzing the existing web page and services, we summarized pains and outlined opportunities for improvement. We sketched a few ideas and collaborated with internal partners.
