Diversability at Bell
Employee resource group for people impacted by disability and their allies.
Challenge: Create a safe and empathetic space where people with disabilities and their allies can openly discuss issues facing them
Approach: I worked collaboratively with internal diversity, equity and inclusion consultants and co-created a disability-led employee resource group for team members with disabilities and their allies.
Product Accessibility @ Bell
Access Rewind
Challenge: Embed Accessibility into Product Management
Approach: First, I had to re-learn and understand what product management meant at Bell and how it differs from project management. Then I worked with the Fibe TV product team to better understand the roles and responsibilities of product management.

From there, I worked with a small but mighty technology team to co-create the digital accessibility project management office and worked closely with them to develop processes, procedures, guidance materials and resources that could scale acroass multiple product, teams across the enterprise.
I applied collaboration, Inclusive Design, DesignOps, DevOps and Quality Engineering skills to operationalize accessible product design and development across the organization.



Bell Accessibility Services Centre rebrand
Challenge: Re-brand the "Special Needs Centre", which is a dedicated call centre in Montreal.

Approach: First, we reached out to the disability community and, analyzing the existing web page and services, we summarized pains and outlined opportunities for improvement. We sketched a few ideas and collaborated with internal partners.
