Creating a space for employees with disabilities to connect, be heard, and drive change. This work has helped advance accessibility and inclusion across the organization by turning awareness into meaningful action.

Employee resource group for people impacted by disability and their allies.


Challenge:  Create a safe and empathetic space where people with disabilities and their allies can openly discuss issues facing them

 

Approach:  I worked collaboratively with internal diversity, equity and inclusion consultants and co-created a disability-led employee resource group for team members with disabilities and their allies.
