Bell Accessibility Services Centre rebrand

Rebranding the Special Needs Centre to the Accessibility Services Centre was a shift in mindset.

Challenge: Re-brand the "Special Needs Centre", which is a dedicated call centre in Montreal.

Approach: First, we reached out to the disability community and, analyzing the existing web page and services, we summarized pains and outlined opportunities for improvement. We sketched a few ideas and collaborated with internal partners.
